DIP provides measurement and verification (M&V) services to support new construction, retro-commissioning and Utility Program projects. We also provide M&V services for clients seeking to achieve the LEED™ M&V credit EaC5. Typical services include development of an M&V plan, BAS design assistance for data acquisition and collection of baseline energy consumption data, set-up of trend logs, and analysis of energy consumption data. We provided experience and expertise in determining building energy performance through energy modeling. DIP follows International Performance Measurement & Verification Protocols (IPMVP) for standardizing the M&V approach and process.
